Nike Water Shoes

As far as research goes Nike does not essentially have proper water shoes, but more likely, waterproof and water-friendly shoes such as many of their trail shoe models. Nike does, however, manufacture sandals that are water resistant and ideal for use in the shower or on the beach, or in water in general.

The Nike water shoes that we are featuring in this article today are shoes that are either water resistant, waterproof, or that have drainage systems that will dry quickly if you would like to use them in water. They are shoes that you can easily use for hiking and trail walking through water bodies.

Uses for Water Shoes

There are quite a few situations in which you could need a water shoes such as Nike water shoes;

  • Hiking – When hiking you are outdoors and anything could happen, weatherwise it could easily rain causing puddles. Or, on the other hand, you may be hiking, or trekking through water bodies such as small streams, rivers, dams, or puddles.
  • Trail walking or Running – Nike does offer some excellent Trail running shoes, some of which are fully waterproof. They will not cause your feet to get wet and cold when you run or walk through water, small streams, puddles, or in rain conditions.

Nike Water Shoes

Not as off mentioned before, Nike does not have full-on water shoes, such as the glove-type shoes that we know that consist of neoprene with a rubber sole.

So I have added and researched some shoes from Nike that are ideally either waterproof, water resistant, all that has good drainage and or quick drying.

These will mostly be Nike’s outdoor trail running and hiking shoe models. They’re fully waterproof. Trail running shoe and walking shoe models have Gore-Tex lining, which is a breathable lining that is completely waterproof.

Then there are some wit weather-design shoes from Nike that have uppers, that is coated with a PFC-free treatment to prevent water from entering the shoes.

The outdoor shoes will have storm defender rubber outsoles or high traction outsoles that are specially designed for wet and slippery surfaces.
