Hi, Virginia.

I know New Balance has a Velcro Closure Shoe the 813 and 928 models, as well as the Propet Tour Walker.

For the issues that you are experiencing, I would suggest an orthopedic shoe for daily wear, such as Orthofeet, Dr. Scholls, or Clarks. Then you can look at Propet, or New Balance running or walking shoes if you take part in these activities. 

Please take a look at the two sites I mentioned, you will find many shoe types there that help with hip, knee, and ankle pain and issues.]]></description>
